Homeownership Services
The Homeownership team manages the leasehold service, shared ownership, land sales and HomeBuy products offered by Two Rivers Housing.
The Services we provide include:
- Shared ownership sales and re-sales;
- Calculation of services charges for homeowners;
- Answering home owners enquiries;
- Land sales and easements; and
- Solicitors enquiries for properties sold on the open market;
The Homeownership Team can be contacted via our Customer Services Team.
We have also produced a Homeowners Handbook to help explain all your rights and responsibilities and the services that we can offer.

What Is HomeBuy?
HomeBuy is the governments umbrella brand for affordable home ownership. The HomeBuy brand represents a set of products designed to help households who otherwise be unable to purchase a home. Shared Ownership and Equity loan products are in place to assist priority groups ad other first time buyers get on the housing ladder.
