RENT BALANCE INFORMATION

We will send rent statements for those in sheltered accomodation and those with garage accounts annually. For all others we will send them half yearly. You can request a rent statement at any time.

You can also get your rent account balance online. If you have yet to set up your account for this feature please ring our Customer Services Team on 0800 316 0897.
