MUTUAL EXCHANGE
As a Two Rivers Housing (TRH) tenant you are eligible to swap (or exchange) your home with another TRH tenant, or even a tenant from a different Housing Associations and Councils. This can often be a quicker way to obtain a move to a more suitable home than by waiting for a transfer, particularly for those who do not have high priority on the transfer list.
To apply you need to sign up to Homeswapper. homeswapper.co.uk is the UK's largest service helping people to swap homes. Once you have registered online at homeswapper.co.uk they will automatically match you to any potential swaps. Once you have found somebody to exchange with and you are both happy to exchange you need to apply for permission for the exchange to take place.
