HOUSEHOLD CONTENTS INSURANCE
Two Rivers Housing reminds all tenants to take out household contents insurance. You can do this either through this scheme arranged by Two Rivers Housing or by making your own private arrangements.
Many tenants believe that Two Rivers Housing automatically insure their furniture, belongings and decorations against fire, theft, vandalism or water damage such as burst pipes. THIS IS NOT THE CASE.
Unfortunately some tenants only realise this after the damage has been done. We make it easy for you to insure your belongings under a special household contents insurance scheme. The insurance is arranged with Aviva Insurance plc and is available only to Two Rivers Housing tenants. Our contents insurance now has an option to include accidental damage personal belongings, wheelchairs and hearing aids.
To see a summary of the contents insurance scheme, which includes the cost of cover, please download the 'Contents Insurance Summary' from the Documents menu on the right.
For any additional information or if you would like to sign up to the contents insurance scheme please ring our Income Collection Team on 0800 316 0897 or you can email customerservices@2rh.org.uk.
