RENTS
Rent is charged on a weekly basis, showing on the rent account as a fortnightly charge. This is calculated over a 48 week period with 4 'no rent due' weeks. The rent year begins 5th April 2010 and ends 3rd April 2011.

During 'no rent due' weeks you can still make payments and this is an ideal time to reduce your rent arrears if you have any. No rent or service charges will be added to your account during these weeks.
