We’re changing our phone number!
Over the next few months, we’ll be changing our phone number to 033 33 55 44 33.
As we make the change, you’ll start to see our new number on our website, literature and other pieces of communication. It will also be shown on your mobile phone when a member of our team gives you a call.
Get in touch directly with the person you need to speak to
As part of the change our team will have new extension numbers rather than direct dials. This means you’ll be able to contact any member of the team using our main phone number 033 33 55 44 33 and entering the extension number of the person you need to speak to.
When you call us, you’ll be given the option to enter an extension number before being put through to our main switchboard. This means you can get through to the right person more quickly.
You’ll find a colleague’s new extension number at the bottom of their email. You can also find the extension number for your Neighbourhood Manager on our website.
Get us to call you back when our lines are busy
You’ll also have the option to arrange a callback if our lines are busy, so you don’t have to wait on the phone while we are helping other customers.
More improvements on the way!
The change is the first step in improving and expanding the ways in which you will be able to get in touch with our team. We’ll be sharing more information on this over the coming months.
