Working #Twogether to make things better
Your feedback, good and bad, is really important to us.
It helps us understand what it’s like to be a Two Rivers Housing tenant, shows us what we’re getting right and helps us identify the things we need to do better.
However you choose to share your experiences with us, we want you to know that we’re listening and acting on what you tell us.
Sharing how you’ve helped shape our services
We’ve been working with our Tenants’ Voice Group to share your feedback and show how we are using it to make changes to our services, policies and the things we do. At each Tenants’ Voice meeting, we share a report with them that outlines what you’ve told us through surveys, complaints and other feedback and how we’re using it to make changes.
In their January meeting, we shared the action we’ve taken following the feedback you’ve shared. This included:
- Changes to our Procurement and Value for Money Strategies
- Our approach to communicating rent levels and service charges
- Getting tenants involved with audits and reviews of our performance
- Reviewing key policies
