How are we doing? 2024/2025 Annual Review

Over the last 18 months, we’ve been listening to our tenants and working hard to improve our services and make the changes they want to see.

In October, we launched our new corporate strategy – ‘Delivering #Twogether 2024-2027’, which set out what we are going to do over the coming years to deliver those improvements. It’s been a busy year, and we are making good progress against our plan, but how are we doing?

Our latest Annual Review gives you a snapshot of how we are performing in key areas including:

  • How our tenants’ rent is being spent.
  • What our tenants have told us about our performance.
  • The repairs and maintenance we’ve completed in our homes.
  • Our work to make our homes warmer and more affordable to heat for tenants.
  • The things we are doing to keep our tenants safe in their homes.
  • How we are helping tenants find the support they need.
  • And how we manage our homes and neighbourhoods.

We’ve still got work to do!

We’ve set clear priorities for the next few years, based on what our tenants have told us we need to improve and change. This includes continuing to invest in our homes and neighbourhoods, making further improvements to our repairs service, working with tenants to improve our services, tackling anti-social behaviour and making more affordable homes available in our neighbourhoods.

We know that we still have some work to do, but we promise to continue to listen to what our tenants are telling us, create homes and services that support them and their families and build a community that really feels like ‘You’re Home Now.’
