I go by the name James, my patches Lydney. I’ve currently joined two rivers from HMPPS background where I worked as a prison officer and probation officer, I saw first-hand the difficulties of being able to gain a property and look after property.
After seeing this in my previous career I wanted to join a Housing Association where I could help address certain issues that people would have in their tenancy or managing the tenancy. I basically wanted to help more and be more in the community; I found that two rivers ethos was more suited to me with how I want to work with people in the community of not just seeing them as a 10 seeing them as family and working with them to get the most out of the property and living in the community.
I like to be active in my spare time whether that’s downhill mountain biking, walking or just being outside. I also like to spend time with my three children and enjoy different activities that we can do together as a family.
