Valuation surveys taking place in some homes
(11 – 15 May 2026)
We’re carrying out routine valuation surveys in a small number of our homes between 11 May and 15 May 2026.
We’ve asked independent surveyors, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), to visit some homes in our neighbourhoods. These surveys help make sure our homes are valued correctly and are part of the borrowing requirements from our banking partners.
These visits won’t affect your tenancy or your rent.
What to expect
Not every home will be visited. If surveyors do call at your home and you’re in, we’d really appreciate you letting them in. The visit will only take a few minutes.
They may take a few photographs, but they won’t disturb your home and you don’t need to prepare anything in advance.
If you’re not at home, they won’t leave a card or come back later – they’ll just try another home in the area.
Staying safe
All of the JLL surveyors will carry:
- Official Jones Lang LaSalle ID, and
- A copy of the letter we’ve sent to tenants
If you’re ever unsure about someone visiting on our behalf, please call us on 033 33 55 44 33 and we’ll be happy to check for you.
