We want to hear from you
Over the next couple of weeks, our colleagues will be calling some of our tenants to ask a few simple questions about what you need from us in the future.
The calls are genuine, will take around five minutes, and are part of our work to develop a new corporate plan that will help shape our priorities and services for the years ahead.
Your experiences and ideas can help us better understand what’s important to you, what we’re doing well, and where we need to improve. Whether it’s communication, repairs, neighbourhoods, support services, or something else entirely, we want to hear your views.
The calls will be made by members of the Two Rivers Housing team. We’ll never ask for bank details, passwords or any other sensitive financial information during these conversations.
We know your time is valuable, and while taking part is completely voluntary, we hope you’ll feel able to share your thoughts if you receive a call.
Listening to tenants is an important part of how we make decisions and improve services. By telling us what matters most to you, you’ll help shape the future of Two Rivers Housing and the services we provide.
Thank you in advance to everyone who takes the time to speak with us.
