I have over 20 years Housing experiencing, 18 of which in Housing Management.
I have been blessed to work for both a small and a large organisation, allowing me to see what practices worked best for our tenants and understanding that “doing what everyone else was doing”, was not always the best way to go, but going against the grain to become leaders in our industry.
Before working with Two Rivers Housing, I saw what their vision was and wanted to be a part of it as it aligned with my principles of wanting to provide a safe and warm home for our residents. Being transparent and honest with them and building a valued community. I want our tenants to be treated how I would want myself, my mother, or a vulnerable family member to be treated and it’s an honour to lead a team towards this vision.
