We’ve got the keys!
We’ve just accepted the keys to our first four properties on a new development at Tutshill, near Sedbury.
We will be taking a total of 36 units over the next 12 months or so – a mix of affordable rent and Shared Ownership. These initial four homes are a two-bedroom bungalow and a terrace of two and three-bedroom houses.
The properties are being built by Bellway, which is also building at Newent, where we will be taking 32 of their houses from them – again, a mix of affordable rent and Shared Ownership.
We are aiming to increase our housing stock by at least 100 homes each year over the next decade, in a bid to help tackle the shortage of affordable housing in our area.
