A quick update from our grounds maintenance team
We know how important it is to have a neighbourhood that is well-looked after. Because of the recent mix of sunshine and heavy rain, the grass and plants have grown much faster than usual over the last few weeks.
At the same time, a few members of our team have been unexpectedly away from work, which means we’ve fallen a little behind with our planned grass cutting. We’re very sorry for this and for any inconvenience it may cause. Please be assured that we’re doing all we can to get things back on track as quickly as possible.
To help us catch up, we’re bringing in additional team members and temporary contractors, and we’re working hard to return to our usual grounds maintenance schedule by the end of July.
We know some tenants have been in touch and may still be waiting to hear from us, and we want to reassure you that every enquiry matters to us. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can, although responses and call-backs may take a little longer than usual while we work through our visits.
