The Two Rivers Housing Tenant Census

Female worker collecting census data from a tenant

We are currently conducting a survey with all our tenants to check that the information we have about them is correct.

Having accurate and up to date information is really important. It helps us shape and deliver our services based on what our customers need and helps us make sure we understand who our customers are so we can provide the best customer experience possible.

We are calling this piece of research the Two Rivers Housing Tenant Census.

Just like the government census that was carried out in 2021, this will allow us to check the data we currently have is up to date. It will also allow us to capture some new information that we need to deliver on our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

We are working with an independent research agency called IFF. They will contact tenants in a variety of ways including by post, text message, email, and telephone to ask them to complete the survey.

Our HomePlus team will also be working with tenants in our HomePlus schemes to help them complete the survey.

Some of the information we will be asking for will be of a personal nature. If any tenant does not want to provide this information, they can skip the question. They can also stop the survey at any time.

The information will be collected in line with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct. Tenants have a right to request a copy of the data we hold on them, can change their data or withdraw from the survey at any time.

What happens next?

  • Tenants will receive an introductory letter in March 2023.
  • They may then receive a follow up email and SMS invite in April 2023 from opinions@iffresearch-dm.com] or on your mobile from IFF Research
  • Following this, IFF may call tenants. This will happen between April and May 2023.

To give tenants flexibility on when they take part, IFF Research may call between 9am and 9pm Monday to Friday, between 10am and 6pm on Saturday, and between 11am and 6pm on Sunday.

If you have been contacted by IFF and want to check that the call is valid. Please contact our customer service team, who will be able to confirm that the call is genuine.

You can find more information in our Frequently Asked Questions document.

As a thank you for completing the survey, tenants will be entered into a prize draw to win a voucher. There are 16 vouchers in total, two £100, four £50 and 10 £25. Winners will be selected randomly. Click here for full terms and conditions.
