Parkend Road, Bream
We built 13 new homes in Bream, replacing four large semi-detached homes on a substantial plot of land. They were designed to blend in with the existing properties on this established street, backing onto Forestry Commission land.
The homes are a mix of two-bedroom houses and bungalows including seven affordable rent homes, two Shared Ownership homes, two market rent homes and two open market sale homes. The homes were built by Aqua Construction and completed in 2017.
