Mirum Park, Lydney
This site was developed by Crest Nicolson and is situated on the edge of the village of Lydney in Gloucestershire. This was a new partnership and the first time we have worked with this developer to take the affordable housing units built under a planning Section 106 agreement.
The scheme provided 29 social rented homes and 15 Shared Ownership. We then went on to buy a further 17 homes from Crest Nicholson all of which are now social rented homes. These homes were completed in 2023.
