As an apprentice you’ll work alongside our teams to help provide warm, safe, affordable homes for our tenants. Spending time in our office in Newent as well as getting out and about in our communities, you’ll gain lifelong skills, build real career experience and earn as you go. You’ll be working towards a qualification in your subject area while learning first-hand how our community-based housing association operates, keeping tenants at the heart of everything we do.
We have over 150 team members and some began as apprentices. #Twogether, everyone plays an important part in delivering for our tenants every single day. And you could too. We have teams specialising in repairing and maintaining homes as well as teams focussed on housing, customer service, building new homes and more. We also work with outside partners to help deliver on our mission of providing warm, safe, affordable homes.

Mature apprentices (over the age of 23) will receive a higher salary in line with the National Living Wage.
You can also register your interest to be notified of future apprenticeship vacancies.
The recruitment process
- You can apply for our apprenticeships through our careers page by registering an account and completing a short application form and uploading a CV.
- After the application process closes on the 9 June 2024, you will be notified whether, or not you have been shortlisted for the next stage and successful candidates will be invited to the selection process.
- You will then be registered with our training provider who may also invite you to complete some assessments. We have partnered with Gloucestershire College for our 2024 Apprenticeships.
- If you are successful, your Apprenticeship will start in September 2024 and your exciting new career with the Two Rivers Housing Group begins.
