Eastern Avenue, Mitcheldean
This was the first scheme to start under our Cornish Regeneration Programme.
Four old properties were demolished to make way for four two-bedroom flats and three two-bedroom houses, increasing the number of homes available for affordable rent in this village when they completed in May 2010.
They met Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and our main contractor for this project was MF Freeman.
