Mirum Park, Lydney
This site is owned by Crest Nicolson and is situated on the edge of the village of Lydney in Gloucestershire. This is a new partnership and the first time we have worked with this developer to take the affordable housing units built under a S106 agreement.
Lydney is a busy village with a range of small independent shops as well as a Co-op, Tesco’s, Dr’s surgery and post office. A preschool, primary school and senior school are all within walking distance.
