Oak Way, Littledean
We put seven brand new affordable homes for rent on this site where four homes previously stood.
We provided two-bedroom flats and two and three-bedroom houses, all built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and including energy-saving features that included photo-voltaic panels – designed to reduce our tenants’ running costs.
Work completed in May 2010 by MF Freeman, which was the main contractor for the build.
