Picklenash Grove, Newent
Picklenash Grove stands on the north-western edge of the popular town of Newent. The site on Ross Road is owned by Bellway, who worked with us to develop 23 affordable rent and nine Shared Ownership properties under a Section 106 agreement.
Newent is a busy market town with a range of small independent shops as well as two Co-op stores, a GP surgery, library, Post Office and leisure centre. A pre-school, primary school and senior school are all within walking distance of Picklenash Grove and there is a good variety of clubs and societies on offer in the town to suit all ages and interests.
The town is close to the M5 and M50 and offers good local bus services to both Gloucester and Hereford, from where it is possible to make onward connections by train and coach.
