Stagholt, Stonehouse
This rural exception site is located to the north of Stonehouse just off the Gloucester Road (B4008). Sitting on the outskirts of the town the location provides good access to all amenities. The site originally had a sports covenant covering both the sports field and pavilion, theses were removed by Stroud District Council which allowed the land to be offered for sale. Stroud District Council gave their approval following discussions with Quattro design architects for the development of seven, two bedroom houses with a mixture of tenures.
