Current schemes
We have an active and on-going building programme which seeks to address the shortfall in affordable properties in our area.
Our plan is to build at least 100 homes every year across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. Some of these will be supported with funds from Homes England, but we will build many more homes outside this government programme.

Down Hatherley Phase 2, Twigworth
This is the second phase of the development at Twigworth which is being delivered by the developer Cotswold Oak. We are continuing to work with Bloor Homes for the second phase of this development. Within this phase we will provide eight new homes, these are a mix of two-, three-and four-bedroom homes. Willowbank, Alderton – In total Owl Homes are building 48 home and we are working with them to provide six Shared Ownership and 13 social rent. The village of Alderton in Tewksbury has two primary schools approximately 2 miles away from the homes, as well as a co-operative and a local butcher.

We are currently working with Eastington Community Land Trust and GP Thomas to build 31 new homes near Stroud. Available for affordable rent and Shared Ownership, the homes are located next to a playing field with a clubhouse and near to a Co-Operative supermarket, farm shop, and butchers in the local town.
Upton Gardens, Whitminster
