Current schemes
We have an active and on-going building programme which seeks to address the shortfall in affordable properties in our area.
Our plan is to build at least 100 homes every year across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. Some of these will be supported with funds from Homes England, but we will build many more homes outside this government programme.
These are the schemes we are currently working on.

Tewkesbury Meadow, Tewkesbury

Homeground, Eastington
We are currently working with Eastington Community Land Trust and GP Thomas to build 31 new homes near Stroud. Available for affordable rent and Shared Ownership, the homes are located next to a playing field with a clubhouse and near to a Co-Operative supermarket, farm shop, and butchers in the local town.
Johnstone Close, Staunton
The regeneration of our former sheltered housing scheme Johnstone Close site is providing 20 new homes for affordable rent and Shared Ownership. The Old Garden Centre, Staunton
We are working with small local developer, Badminton Development to provide four much needed affordable homes in Staunton, Gloucestershire. The new site is located close to the historic village centre and has good public transport links to Gloucester, Tewkesbury, and Newent.
Upton Gardens, Whitminster
Located off the Bristol Road (A38) on the edge of a residential area in Whitmintster, Upton Gardens will provide three new affordable homes under a S106 agreement with Newland Homes.
